The isolator contains a vial filling and stoppering system. Its compact design is built around a common vial transfer system consisting of a specialized timing belt equipped with automatically adjustable neck grippers able to accommodate a range of neck sizes. The line type time/pressure/temperature filler provides a fill accuracy of ±0.5% at speeds up to 300 bpm. The barrier isolator enclosure is equipped with a gas sterilization unit.
