Lock Unveils Special Metal Detection System Specifically Designed For Bottles

Lock Inspection Systems, the recognized leader in Pharmaceutical metal contamination inspection, has in its product offering specially designed bottle transfer conveyors with integrated metal detectors for 100% inspection of bottled product.

The bottle line detection systems offer seamless transfer of bottles and eliminate bottle handling problems, as well as providing the best protection against all metal contaminants. The bottle line conveyors are offered in two styles: 1) Side Transfer – This style provides a flush mount with existing "table top" style belting for a smooth bottle transfer. 2) Line Integration – This style is designed to integrate with the existing plant conveyor, allowing full use of the existing "table top" belting – no transfer points and no problems. Both designs come standard with Lock's No Topple diverter reject gates, which can be used for both open and closed bottles.
